Work Title: Cartometrias Brandas 9200:10.5

Cartometrias Brandas, 2022, explores images as a way to give visibility to the complex universe of informational data that circulate through the air in the region of Avenida Paulista. The work operates two kinds of discrete communication signals: a very traditional broadcast system, the radio, of invisible waves modulated by frequencies; and another, of video surveillance images that works as an inverted communication broadcast. It combines surveillance images and radio frequencies, making one interfere with the other, making them visible as indiscreet local mirrors. In this intersection between systems, by the meeting of two or more media, something new and hybrid is revealed.
